When we first contacted you over a year ago we were doubtful that we could afford a nice vacation home. Well, it happened! Sheila, a Wisconsin native moved to Breckenridge in 1973 and Steve arrived in 1974 from New York City. Quite a few years you might say, so why not let this extensive knowledge of Breckenridge and Summit County assist you in finding the right property. Experience the live local lifestyle. While living in this wonderful community we helped start the now famous Rubber Duck race, managed the Horseshoe II Restaurant and partnered in the Gold Pan Saloon, Breckenridge's oldest watering hole and in 2001 started on our real estate careers with Slifer Smith and Frampton.
